We want you to love your purchase, but we get it – sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s the scoop on our return policy:
Got second thoughts? No worries!
You’ve got a whole month (30 days) after getting your goodies to change your mind.
What we need from you:
- Keep the item in tip-top shape, just like when it arrived
- Don’t wear it or use it (we know it’s tempting!)
- Leave those tags on
- Hang onto the original packaging
- Keep your proof of purchase handy

Oops, did we mess up?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or it’s not what you ordered, let us know right away. We’ll make it right!
A few exceptions (sorry!)
We can’t take back custom-made items or personal care products. If you’re not sure, just ask us!
Sale shoppers, take note:
Our sale items are final sale. But regular-priced items? Those you can return.
Want to swap instead?
The fastest way is to return your item and then place a new order for what you really want.
Getting your money back:
Once we’ve checked out your return, we’ll let you know if it’s all good. Then we’ll refund your original payment method. (Just remember, sometimes banks take a bit to process refunds.)
Shipping it back:
- We’ll give you the return address when you contact us
- You’ll need to cover the return shipping (we know, it’s a bummer)
- For pricier items (over $75), you might want to consider trackable shipping or insurance
